Through evidence-based coaching, professional learning, family engagement, technical assistance, advocacy, and strategic partnerships, ImaNia Educators works to improve educational outcomes from early childhood through secondary education while advancing educational equity and continuous quality improvement.

Simone Edwards is an educational leader, special education expert, and program transformation strategist with over two decades of experience leading childcare centers, state-funded Pre-K programs, Montessori schools, and intervention programs across multiple states.
